Shipping And Delivery Information 

The Heating Pads and Returns

We ship merchandise within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands.

We use USPS for its shipments and may substitute UPS service where applicable. Pick up services are Monday-Friday. Multiple products may be shipped in the same box.

All orders placed after 1pm Pacific time will be processed on our next business day (Monday-Friday).

Return Information

We make every effort to ship top quality products, although once in a while, a defective wrap will sneak out. In these situations, we will replace or repair any product due to a manufacture defect. 

Please note that all returns must be approved by The Heating Pads. 

Please notify us at sales@theheatingpads.com for our confirmation and further instructions on the return procedure.

If it's a defective item, please include a short description of the defect, 1 close-up image of defective area, 1 image of the entire product and your contact information. Our customer service will contact you explaining how we will assist with the return or replacement.  

Please submit defective claims within 30 days of purchase.

Please note that return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.  Please include a copy of your invoice and complete contact information inside the return package, we will contact you to credit your return. Please always keep a copy of tracking information, we cannot be held liable for lost returns.

Exchange Policy 

If you change your mind, want a different item or a different color, no problem. We totally get it. Just let us know within 30 days of purchase how we can help you get the item you really want.

Please note that return and exchange shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. You will have to include a copy of your invoice, along with your contact information inside the return package. We will reach out once your return has been processed to arrange credit or exchange. Please keep a copy of return tracking information as we are unable respond for lost returns.
